Scrabble Kenya invites scrabble players of different age groups and proficiency in the game to a National Scrabble Tournament to be held on the weekend of 5th and 6th April 2025 at Kisumu Hotel-Kisumu

The field will be split into 3 divisions: division A players rated >1300, division B players rated 700 -1200, and division C for players rated 0-699. Players rated 1201-1299 can opt to play in either DIV A/B. Players rated 601-699 can choose to play in either DIV B/C. A total of 18 games will be played in division A and B, and 16 in division C. This is the 8th WESPA qualifier. CSW 24 will be used.

Registration fees for the divisions (in KES) are Div. A-2000, Div. B-1500, Div. C-750. College students will pay 750 in Div. A, 500 in Div. B and C. branch. Send registered player name to Treasurer Fredrick Gitagia on 0721712047 by 11.59 am on 4th April 2025 to enable ample time for coordination. Players should clear their annual affiliation fee of Kes 1000. Schools are encouraged to pay annual school affiliation fees of Ks. 5,000.

All Players to carry boards, clocks and writing material as result slips will be provided.
